    No, the services we provide are non-diagnostic 3D ultrasounds meant for entertainment and for families to see their baby. It is important to be under the care of your doctor for all medical and diagnostic needs.
  • How soon can I book my appointments, and are walk-ins accepted?
    You can book appointments any time during the week. For same-day appointments, it’s best to check our website for availability or give us a call at 956-733-1552. Please note that walk-ins are not accepted.
  • Is it safe to have multiple ultrasounds during pregnancy?
    Yes, ultrasounds are considered safe for both the mother and baby when performed by trained professionals.
  • How long does an ultrasound session take?
    We don’t typically have a standard session length, as it depends on the baby and the specific package or ultrasound you choose. Since we’re committed to giving you the best experience, we take the time needed to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Can I bring family and friends to my ultrasound appointment?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring family and friends to share in this special experience. We can accommodate up to five guests during your appointment.
  • What should I do to prepare for my ultrasound appointment?
    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and drinking plenty of water before your appointment to ensure clear images.
  • What if my baby is not in a good position for the ultrasound?
    If your baby is not in a good position, we will always do our best to get clear images. Rescans, and rescheduling will be provided only if necessary; mainly applicable to the Ultimate 5D Baby Ultrasound.
  • Are ultrasound images and videos included in the package?
    Yes, all our packages include images and videos. Specific details depend on the package you choose.
  • Do you offer packages that include multiple ultrasound sessions?
    Yes, we offer packages that include multiple sessions to monitor your baby’s development throughout your pregnancy.
  • What is your refund policy?
    There are no refunds for our services. However, we do offer rescans for certain packages to ensure you have the best experience possible.
